Some points of the daily schedule may change depending on the group's dynamics, planned adaptations, or additional activities (such as workshops, plays, photoshoots, etc.).
Sensory activities aim to provide an appropriate amount of stimuli for a child's development. At "Pierwsze Kroczki," we aim to broaden a child's experiences in understanding the world and support their multi-dimensional growth.
Sensory play takes place in our facilities every day. Caregivers create suitable environments and provide materials for these activities. We use various items like food products, water, natural elements, strongly scented items, fabric pieces, and more for our sessions. The combination of these different items allows us to create complex activities that often stimulate multiple senses simultaneously.
Once a month, we organize a "Messy Day." During this time, children have the opportunity to engage with homemade playdough, salt dough, artificial mud, edible paints, and more without worrying about dirtying their clothes. This approach helps children experience new sensations with all their senses and every part of their bodies.
At "Pierwsze Kroczki," we place great importance on musical play. Musical activities cultivate sensitivity, stimulate creativity, and develop potential auditory skills. The child's interaction with music can also serve as a wonderful form of relaxation and tranquility.
Art activities at "Pierwsze Kroczki" aim to develop children's sense of aesthetics, imagination, and creativity. Art fosters the development of fine motor skills and visual memory as well.
At 'Pierwsze Kroczki,' general developmental gymnastics are led by physiotherapist Tomek. Gymnastics improves physical condition, enhances dexterity, reflexes, and perceptiveness in toddlers. Contact with the physiotherapist also aids in identifying potential irregularities in a child's development, allowing for quicker consultation of observations with parents.
