Going for walks not only involves spending time outside but also exploring the immediate surroundings, discovering nature’s gifts, and currently recognizing the first signs of the new season.
Walks can also be combined with sensory or educational activities, where we gather elements of nature together with the caregivers and use them in lesson plans or sensory art projects :).
